Once upon a time when Xfire was the preferred social platform for PC Gamers, a 12 years old boy called Kevin from El Salvador tried Call of Duty: United Offensive for the first time on 2007 and since then fell in love with the game. His enthusiasm was so big, that he never mattered in playing with less than 30 fps, a 250 ping or make shitty scores, his dream was always to build an online community with his friends. Back in the days, there was a clan with one of the most popular servers in the game, respected and admired by almost everyone, its name was |MM| / Mustard's Men. Under his Itachi nickname, that server was the place where he shaped his game style. Learning a lot from some outstanding players, this kid finally improved and was invited to be part of ->FH<- / Fallen Heros on 2008, considered another remarkable clan made-up by awesome people, with a great gaming partnership between them and the previous one mentioned, supporting each other. This helped him to also increase his own English level and the communication barrier with other players faded bit by bit.
Few weeks later, he finally took the first step and created [EDM] / Escuadron Del Mal (in English, Squad of Evil) a self-made clan with friends from his town and country and latin-american people, his mission was try to get and setup a very own server for the group, and slowly he learnt about the game and how it works: mods, commands and much more, but the main problem was one: How were they going to pay the server? None of them had incomings and all were too young, the money became the biggest challenge, but a brilliant idea emerged: What about contacting an empty server owner and populate it for him? And it looked promising, Kevin could reach via email a good guy from Guatemala called Alaric and he authorized him to manage it. The first month the server was going very well, many players joined but eventually, keeping it busy went hard due UO had more than 1500 active servers and most of the people used to play more on them. Sadly after 3 months, Alaric’s budget got shorted and he couldn't keep the server anymore, but at least the experience became significant.

We are currently focusing on reaching new players who didn't play United Offensive yet but also nostalgic oldtimers that would like to help us to bring back again those sweet memories and intense battles like years ago. If you got a Steam account, you can get both games here.
